J.'s Junior High Social Studies classes have been busy this month with various
projects for Black History Month.
| Students in 6th Grade prepared an informative report on an African country. |  |
| 7th Graders created a timeline of major Black History events from the Emancipation Proclamation (1863) through the sucess of Lovie Smith in 2007. |  |
| Each 8th Grader researched an important individual for Black History Month. |  |
